The (USA) Software Engineer III plays a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable software solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams including product management and user experience. This position involves troubleshooting complex issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing effective resolutions to enhance system performance. The role requires managing project requirements, coding, testing, and ensuring timely delivery while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the engineer provides technical guidance to small teams and contributes to maintaining high standards of quality, security, and operational excellence throughout the software development lifecycle.

Focused on automation and continuous optimization, the team designs, develops, and maintains critical business capabilities with an emphasis on solution design, software development, and DevOps best practices. Collaborating closely, members ensure reliable system performance and measurable growth. This team fosters technical excellence and proactive problem-solving to meet evolving business needs while upholding high standards of quality and performance in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define high-level design and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain code ensuring compliance with quality, security, and scalability standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and business issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Lead small engineering groups by providing guidance, documentation, and timelines for project delivery.
• Implement automation scripts and telemetry features to enhance continuous integration and deployment processes.
• Monitor application performance, conduct maintenance, and evaluate change requests for feasibility.
• Prepare and execute test cases, manage defects, and ensure timely resolution.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in software design, development, and delivery within Agile environments.
• Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and coding languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Expertise in debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting complex production issues.
• Ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and secure software components aligned with business requirements.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automation scripting.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, project management, and user experience.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, defect management, and quality assurance practices.
• Demonstrated capability to lead small engineering teams and mentor associates effectively.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
