What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-level designs for small to medium-sized projects.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot business and production issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
  • Translate project requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability needs.
  • Write, test, and maintain code adhering to coding standards and security policies.
  • Develop automation scripts to support continuous integration and delivery processes.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to small engineering teams, supporting project delivery and knowledge sharing.

What you'll bring:
  • Proven experience in software design, development, and delivery using object-oriented programming and iterative development methodologies.
  • Strong technical acumen with proficiency in API design, platform development, and component services.
  • Expertise in debugging, dev testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, perform root cause analysis, and develop sustainable technical solutions.
  • Experience managing complex projects, collaborating cross-functionally, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of telemetry implementation, security standards, and software maintenance tools.
  • Demonstrated capability to mentor and guide small engineering teams.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
