We continuously monitor policy effectiveness and provide actionable insights to business and technology partners to enhance control precision. This team plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance and operational excellence by integrating advanced technologies with strategic policy management, supporting Walmart’s commitment to responsible and efficient marketplace operations.
What you'll do:
- Direct compliance and ethics consistency by addressing inquiries, monitoring regulations, and updating policies with leadership input.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on compliance findings, communicating results to senior leadership and coordinating follow-up actions.
- Manage legislation assessment strategies, including research, impact analysis, and development of adaptation plans for proposed laws.
