The Senior Manager, Product Analytics leads a team of Product Analysts supporting Data Ventures & Advertising, driving analytics across the product lifecycle from discovery and experimentation to launch and optimization. This role serves as a trusted advisor to Product, Engineering, and Business, shaping product strategy through data driven insights and experimentation. The Senior Manager builds a high-performing analytics team, establishes scalable measurement frameworks, and partners with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, improve data quality, and measure product impact. What you'll do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Product Analysts supporting Data Ventures & Advertising.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Product, Engineering, and Business driving data-informed product strategy and decision-making.
- Proactively identify product opportunities through customer insights, hypothesis-driven analysis, and product performance deep dives.
- Define product KPIs, measurement strategies, and event instrumentation requirements to ensure data.
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests and apply statistical methods to measure product impact.
- Build scalable dashboards, reporting, and self-service analytics solutions.
- Leverage clickstream and behavioral data to improve customer experience and influence product roadmaps.
- Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive product innovation, business outcomes, and success.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, with a proven track record of hiring, developing, coaching, and leading high-performing analytics teams.
- Experience in digital advertising, retail media, e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer technology.
- Expertise in product analytics, experimentation, statistical analysis, and product measurement.
- Strong SQL and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Product, Business, and Engineering leaders through data-driven insights and lead through ambiguity.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
