- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of copywriters.
- Set creative direction and uphold brand voice across all customer touchpoints.
- Partner with Creative, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Gide concept development and elevate creative quality from brief to execution.
- Manage team priorities, workflows, and performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Champion copy standards, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Creative Writing, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of copywriting experience, including experience leading and developing creative teams.

- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong editorial judgement and attention to detail.
- Proven success balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
