About the team:
The WMC Strategy and Planning - Integration Management Office drives strategic planning and execution for Walmart Connect’s key initiatives, focusing on integrating acquired businesses and unlocking long-term value. The team collaborates across functions and acquired companies to manage pre-close integration, Day 1 readiness, post-close integration, and value realization. It translates strategic priorities into actionable plans, establishes scalable operating models, and leads cross-functional initiatives involving technology, product, operations, finance, legal, HR, and commercial teams. Additionally, the team supports broader business strategy, planning, and growth efforts to align leadership on strategic direction and coordinated execution.
