The Wonder Nation Girl’s Product Development Team drives the full product lifecycle, transforming style trends into high-volume apparel across tops, sweaters, bottoms, dresses, and denim. The team expertly balances creative details with value engineering, ensuring comfort, fit, and durability. Serving as the key link among Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Sourcing and Quality Assurance the team excels in aligning cross-functional workflows and resolving issues promptly. Their technical expertise and market agility enable the delivery of millions of affordable, stylish pieces nationwide, supporting Walmart’s commitment to quality and value for families.
What you'll do:
- Support product specification development and validation throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive initiatives, resolve issues, and maintain alignment on product development.
- Perform root cause analysis on product issues and recommend effective solutions to ensure production timelines are met.
- Compile data to provide insights supporting business decisions.
- Partner with sourcing on product/cost engineering and assist in special projects to support business strategies.
- Communicate updates to cross-functional teams to inform product development and negotiations.
- Review and approve TOPs and final packaging assets to ensure execution of design intent, quality compliance, and retail readiness.
