The Real Estate design team enhances the Field Associate Experience within Walmart’s Global Design organization by creating tools that support facilities management, store remodels, and new construction. Collaborating with engineering, product, and business partners across Global Realty, the team transforms complex workflows into clear, intuitive experiences. They focus on modernizing tools, integrating AI-driven insights, and shaping Realty operations globally. What you'll do:
- Lead user research initiatives including interviews, surveys, and site visits to gather actionable insights that inform design strategies.
