About the team:
The Long Lead-Time Buying (L2B) team develops Walmart’s comprehensive buy planning and execution platform for seasonal and committed merchandise. Integrating AI-driven demand forecasting, buy quantification, allocation, and vendor constraint optimization, L2B streamlines workflows for merchants, planners, inventory, and vendor managers. This platform eliminates manual reconciliation by connecting forecasting to purchase order creation. Currently piloting in select departments, the team aims to scale across all long lead-time categories, significantly enhancing buying efficiency and performance at Walmart’s scale through innovative product strategy, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision making.
What you'll do:
- Shape and drive product strategy across multiple related products, leveraging deep domain expertise and data-driven insights.
- Own complex customer problems and product requirements, considering upstream and downstream impacts.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps ensuring strategic alignment, technical feasibility, and resource prioritization.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
