About the team:
Our team is dedicated to transforming transportation capabilities through advanced optimization and visibility solutions. Collaborating across business, operations, engineering, and data science, we develop high-performance algorithms for freight consolidation and dynamic routing to enhance capacity and efficiency. We build a unified platform that integrates multi-channel telematics to provide end-to-end visibility, predictive insights, and real-time alerts. Central to our work is working on a horizontal transportation AI tool to contextualize data, anticipate risks, and recommend /deliver optimal actions, driving innovation and operational excellence in complex logistics environments.
What you'll do:
  • Shape and drive product strategy across multiple related products, leveraging deep domain expertise and data-driven insights.
  • Define and manage comprehensive product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to address complex customer problems and prioritize product requirements.
  • Establish scalable mechanisms for gathering customer feedback and transforming insights into actionable problem statements.
  • Guide product lifecycle management, including MVP development, launch execution, and long-term optimization.
  • Influence enterprise prioritization through strategic narratives and opportunity-sizing models.
  • Mentor product managers and promote best practices to elevate product management discipline.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
