As a Manager II, Process Engineer in Walmart Supply Chain, you’ll lead complex, data-driven initiatives that improve productivity, reduce cost, and elevate service levels across the network. The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

- Manage scope, timeline, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication; present to senior leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field) and 3+ years relevant experience
- Advanced Lean/Six Sigma and operational excellence expertise; Green/Black Belt preferred
- Strong capability in statistical analysis, data modeling, process simulation, and engineering analytics tools
- Proven leadership of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with significant impact
- Project management strength (PMP/CAPM preferred) and experience supporting automation or network optimization
