We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive administrative professional to support leadership in the Walmart Connect space and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this role, you’ll coordinate travel, manage complex calendars, create clear communications, and support reporting and financial administration—while serving as a trusted point of contact for internal and external partners.
What You’ll Do
- Manage leadership calendars and meetings by scheduling across teams, anticipating prep time, reserving rooms, and prioritizing requests to ensure the right stakeholders are included.
- Secure domestic and international travel needs, plan and coordinate large-scale meetings for division ensuring technology and logistics are covered.
- Draft and manage communications by preparing emails and updates on behalf of leaders, following up on requests, and triaging incoming messages to drive timely resolution.
- Support reporting and financial processes by collecting and compiling data, maintaining reports/templates, processing invoices and expense reports, and protecting confidential information.
- Serve as a key support partner to leadership by filtering requests, resolving issues, coordinating across stakeholders, and mentoring or partnering with other assistants as needed.
- Drive continuous improvement and compliance by applying best practices, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, and modeling company values and ethical standards.
