About the team:
The Global Associate Listening & Insights team leads Walmart’s worldwide listening strategy, platform, and program delivery. This team designs and executes listening programs that provide valuable insights to enhance the workplace experience for over 2.1 million associates globally. By leveraging qualitative and quantitative research and effective stakeholder engagement, the team supports informed decision-making and drives continuous improvement. Collaborating across functions and markets, the team fosters strategic partnerships to deliver impactful business solutions aligned with Walmart’s goals.
What you'll do:
- Lead the design research strategy by defining key problems and driving qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align research objectives with organizational goals and market needs.
