What you'll do:
- Apply advanced statistical, analytical, and machine learning techniques to solve merchandising, pricing, and member behavior challenges.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and develop data-driven insights to identify opportunities related to assortment, pricing, promotions, and category performance.
- Partner with merchandising, pricing, and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain predictive and descriptive models to support decision-making, demand forecasting, pricing optimization, and business planning initiatives.
- Utilize tools and programming languages such as Python, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms to extract, analyze, and optimize large datasets.
- Create dashboards, visualizations, and executive-ready reports to communicate insights, performance trends, and business recommendations effectively.
