AuxoAI is looking for a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultantto support enterpriseNetSuite transformation, optimization, and implementation initiatives across Quote-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, finance operations, integrations, reporting, and automation.
The ideal candidate can bridge business process, NetSuite configuration, custom records, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript/integration design, finance operations, reporting, and controls. This role also requires strong AI literacy and comfort using AI tools to accelerate discovery, requirements, documentation, testing, data mapping, and delivery execution.
- Assess current-state NetSuite processes and design scalable future-state solutions.
- Translate business needs into NetSuite functional and technical requirements.
- Configure NetSuite customers, items, pricing, billing, invoicing, payments, AR, reporting, and workflows.
- Design custom fields, custom records, saved searches, dashboards, roles, permissions, and SuiteFlow automations.
- Support SuiteScript, RESTlet, SuiteTalk, API, and middleware integration requirements.
- Define reconciliation, reporting, auditability, and finance-control requirements.
- Support Advanced Revenue Management, SuiteBilling, subscriptions, and deferred revenue where applicable.
- Use AI-enabled delivery methods to accelerate analysis, documentation, testing, and implementation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of NetSuite implementation, enhancement, administration, or support experience.
- Strong knowledge of NetSuite Q2C/O2C, billing, invoicing, payments, AR, revenue, and finance processes.
- Experience with custom records, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, integrations, and reporting.
- Ability to work with business, finance, technical, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong documentation, solution design, testing, and UAT support experience.
- Strong AI literacy and familiarity with AI-enabled delivery, process analysis, test automation, or agentic workflow tools.
- Full time hires. US based. Bay Area preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required or strongly preferred
