The Opportunity:
As the Omnichannel Email & Paid Media Technical Product Owner, you will drive the delivery and operationalization of Email and Paid Media activation capabilities across the omnichannel ecosystem. Partnering closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and vendors, you will translate business priorities into scalable technical solutions and activation outcomes.
Operating within an Agile Release Train (ART), you will lead delivery across customer journeys, audience segmentation, campaign activation, integrations, and market onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Omnichannel Activation Delivery
Own the end-to-end delivery of Email and Paid Media activation capabilities.
Drive execution of customer journeys, audience segmentation, personalization, and campaign activation use cases.
Support activation across channels including Email, Paid Media, CRM, and related digital engagement platforms.
Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business priorities.
Product Ownership & Delivery Management
Translate business requirements into prioritized backlogs, user stories, and delivery plans.
Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, and delivery governance activities.
Manage delivery risks, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives.
Navigate ambiguity and support decision-making across business and technology teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to align priorities and execution.
Coordinate workstreams across audience creation, campaign activation, integrations, reporting, measurement, and vendor delivery.
Support affiliate onboarding, rollout planning, and operational readiness across markets.
Operational Excellence
Establish scalable processes, governance frameworks, documentation standards, and delivery best practices.
Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and activation operations.
Monitor delivery performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
Who you are:
(Experience & Skills)
7+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, Marketing Automation, Omnichannel Engagement, or similar experience.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong understanding of Email Marketing, Paid Media activation, audience segmentation, customer journeys, personalization, and campaign execution workflows.
Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Marketing Automation, Audience Segmentation and Activation Platforms, Customer Journey Orchestration, and Email and Paid Media engagement channels. Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) is preferred.
Experience operating within Agile delivery environments and managing complex cross-functional initiatives involving business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and delivery execution skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and activation outcomes.
Experience in the Pharmaceutical domain is a plus

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is between $142,200 - $264,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
