About the Role:

The US Marketing Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of strategically aligned, innovative marketing initiatives. The person in this role will be a member of U.S. Brand team and a key participant in the launch of the organization’s potential commercial indication.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Develop a deep understanding of clinical landscape, customer needs, and data to contribute to the development of impactful unbranded and branded messaging and campaigns.
  • Translate brand and operational strategies and campaigns into high-quality, impactful, and engaging promotional and educational programs/tactics for key stakeholders including HCPs, patients/caregivers, payers, etc. including but not limited to core promotional materials, print and digital sales force tools, promotional and/or educational programming, media planning and other NPP approaches.
  • Engage with Market Research colleagues, Sales leaders, and field advisory teams to seek input into tactical planning and gather feedback and/or measure effectiveness of marketing tactics.
  • Demonstrate disease area and market knowledge and develop strong relationships with key customers.
  • Collaborate with Market Development and Digital/Multichannel engagement Leads to ensure optimal activation/pull-through of promotional and educational tactics (e.g., KOL engagement planning, advisory activities, multi-channel roll out of campaigns).
  • Track and monitor key performance indicators for launch readiness and launch.
  • Manage multiple projects and vendors and ensure high-quality and on-time delivery.
  • Manage project budgets.
  • Ensure compliant execution of all marketing strategies, materials, and tactics.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 

Qualifications:  

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (business or related disciplines) / MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology commercial experience
  • U.S. launch and in-line marketing experience; sales experience is a preferred
  • Oncology experience preferred
  • Strong track record of influencing key stakeholders and leadership with and without authority
  • Clear communicator able to engage, influence and navigate cross-functional stakeholders
  • Team player and strong track record of collaboration
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to organize, prioritize, activate and execute

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendors effectively and clearly in a remote hybrid work environment.

Location Classification – Remote: 

Officially classified as working full-time from employee’s home office within the United States or respected region, with the expectation to travel to SpringWorks Therapeutics offices or other locations on occasion as business needs.

OR

Location Classification – Hybrid: 

This role will be required to work onsite 2 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday), or more depending on business needs.

Compensation:

The expected salary range for this position is $140,000 – $180,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
