Job Summary:

The US Marketing Director will be a key contributor in the design and development of operational brand objectives, strategies, and innovative marketing initiatives that will support SWTX late phase asset(s) brand launches. The person in this role will be a member of U.S. Brand team and a key participant in the shaping the launch trajectory of the organization’s first commercial indication.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Develop a deep understanding of disease state, market dynamics, unmet needs, and brand/competitive data to lead the development and evolution of market shaping and brand building initiatives.
  • Develop and execute on brand strategies to engage with key stakeholders, including but not limited to HCPs and Patients, that drive differentiated and compelling value to market segments
  • Develop and execute brand strategies and campaigns through high-quality, high-impact/engagement, innovative promotional and educational initiatives including but not limited to core promotional materials, print and digital sales force tools, promotional and/or educational programming, media planning and other NPP approaches.
  • Engage with Market Research colleagues, Sales leaders, field advisory teams, and cross-functional partners to seek input into strategic and tactical planning and gather feedback and/or measure effectiveness of marketing tactics.  
  • Demonstrate and develop strong relationships with key customers.  
  • Collaborate with Thought Leader Engagement and Digital/Multichannel engagement Leads to ensure optimal activation of promotional and educational strategies and tactics (e.g., KOL engagement planning, advisory activities, multi-channel roll out of campaigns).   
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and others as required and appropriate to define and execute tactical plans.
  • Independently and proactively identify strategic opportunities, build plans and execute against them
  • Attend and/or participate at conventions, conferences, and tradeshows, preparing engaging displays and collateral as needed, and providing post-event reports and analysis
  • Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators for launch readiness and launch.
  • Manage multiple projects and vendors and ensure high-quality and on-time delivery.
  • Manage category/project budgets.
  • Ensure compliant execution of all marketing strategies, materials, and tactics
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (business or related disciplines) / MBA or other advanced degree preferred
  • 9+ years of relevant pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology commercial experience
  • 3+ years people leadership experience  
  • U.S. launch and in-line marketing experience; sales experience preferred
  • Oncology experience preferred
  • Brand planning experience
  • Launch and tactical planning experience
  • Strong track record of influencing key stakeholders and leadership with and without authority
  • Clear communicator able to engage, influence and navigate cross-functional stakeholders
  • Team player and strong track record of collaboration
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to organize, prioritize, activate and execute

Location Classification – Remote: 

Officially classified as working full-time from employee’s home office within the United States or respected region, with the expectation to travel to SpringWorks Therapeutics offices or other locations on occasion as business needs.​​

Compensation:

The expected salary range for this position is $170,000 – $220,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
