As a Senior Associate Immigration Attorney, you will play a critical role in advising corporate clients, developing immigration strategies, and ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. Your Role & Impact

As a U.S. Immigration Attorney (Senior Associate Level), you will:

  • Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status applications.

  • Develop tailored immigration strategies that align with business needs while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.

  • Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and business operations.

  • Leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and improve the client experience.

  • Participate in client meetings, delivering strategic insights and showcasing Vialto Law’s commitment to excellence, empathy, and innovation.

  • Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster professional growth and uphold ethical legal practices.

What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for an analytical, tech-savvy, and client-focused immigration attorney with:

  • Bar Admission: Licensed in any U.S. state or the District of Columbia.

  • Experience: 4+ years of business immigration experience, particularly with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa applications.
