Eight plus years of experience with Informatica Powercenter 9x or 10x, IDQ, IMM, MDM, Powerexchange products with CDC and realtime implementation, Information Lifecycle Management and persistent data masking tools, B2B and DT studio.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Provide technical solution design, architectural guidance and experience in service to the BI Operations Support process.
· Provide tier 2 support in resolving issues in regards to the BI Operations’ applications and infrastructure.
· Provide necessary support when handing off issues to tier 3 support.
· Consult with and guide the BI Operations Support manager and fellow teammates in day-to-day decision making and planning.
· Develop full understanding of DaVita‘s standards and best practices, proactively engage stakeholders and support resources in support of the BI implementation and integration objectives.
· Assist in developing and maintaining processes, procedures and monitoring related to BI environment sustainment activities for ensuring optimal service levels.
· Partner and interact with enterprise support teams from application support, network, SAN storage, server infrastructure, and others to deploy and ensure optimal operation of the BI environments.
· Partner and interact with enterprise development teams such as BI development, ETL data movement, security, project management and business analysts to support successful roll-out of Village wide and departmental BI reporting initiatives.
· Support the DaVita solution delivery processes throughout the entire product life cycle.
· Strong working knowledge and experience with overall BI concepts such as data warehouses, star schemas, enterprise scheduling, ETL data movement, BI dashboard visualizations, data extracts, relational/dimensional datasets, etc.
· BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience. Highly developed communication and collaboration skills.
· Strong working knowledge and experience with database platforms such as Oracle, SQL Server and Netezza.
· Strong initiative and drive – must be a self-starter ready to multi-task, assess, contribute and solve problems in short order.
· Strong relationship builder – must quickly establish rapport and trust with multiple stakeholders, service providers, and constituencies.
· Strong documentation and presentation skills using business applications such as Visio, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
· Must have Database design and development experience, Unix Shell scripting.
