URBN is searching for a Supply Chain Analyst to join the Global Supply Chain team. The ideal candidate will have a data-oriented and analytical background. The supply chain analyst will be able to effectively communicate among different parties and work well with multiple groups even when there are competing priorities.
Role Responsibilities- Sales & Operation Planning and Forecasting
- Long Range Planning across all brands
- Inbound scorecard and related scope w/ sourcing, brands, and transportation
- Call center forecasting & labor planning
- Logistics labor planning within distribution/fulfillment sites
- Global Scorecarding process and metric enhancements
- All other duties assigned by Supervisor and/or Manager
- Ability to connect with all brands as well as site leaders
- Delivers unique and innovative solutions
- Highly motivated and driven personality
- Excel driven background or data visualization experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field
- Strong excel skills and competency in building models
- Strong communication skills; able to effectively get point across to internal and external teams
- Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment
- Strong attention to detail and good organization skills
- 2+ years in supply chain field (or applicable internship experience)
- Ability to use SQL
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
