Job Description

This is a senior leadership role responsible for translating market opportunities into business success, building strong client relationships, and leading high-performing teams. You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, winning major projects, and enhancing our reputation as a trusted advisor in the real estate and urban development space.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Sector Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute a clear sector strategy and growth plan aligned to regional and global priorities
  • Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive insights to inform decision making
  • Continuously assess performance and refine strategic direction

Lead Business Development & Winning Work

  • Own and grow a strong pipeline of opportunities 
  • Lead strategic pursuits and major bids, ensuring compelling client-focused solutions
  • Collaborate across service lines to secure and deliver high-value projects
  • Expand existing client accounts and drive cross-selling opportunities

Build Senior Client Relationships

  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Lead strategic account planning and client engagement activities
  • Deliver insight-led conversations, including market trends and innovations
  • Ensure consistently high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnership growth

Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams

  • Build, lead, and inspire a high performing team
  • Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth
  • Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture
  • Ensure strong succession planning and capability development

Strengthen Market Presence

  • Contribute to industry publications and speak at key events
  • Build strategic partnerships across the industry ecosystem
  • Enhance brand visibility and market positioning

Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Engineering, Urban Planning); advanced qualifications preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in the similar industry
  • Proven experience in urban development, real estate, or related sectors
  • Strong track record in business development and winning major projects
  • Ability to build and manage senior client relationships.pdf)
