Join the team building the data foundations, platforms, and intelligent products that power decision-making across JPMorgan Chase. We are turning the firm's data and knowledge into trusted, reusable assets at scale.
As an Analytic Solutions Manager, within the CCB Data & Analytics Knowledge & Unstructured Data team, you will partner with leaders across Chase Consumer & Community Banking to design and drive how the firm documents and publishes knowledge in a machine-readable state that is maximally usable by AI agents and set the strategy, build the roadmaps, and lead outreach to lines of business to shape their unstructured-data publishing approach.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior CCB leaders to define and deliver the knowledge management strategy; own the backlog, drive the product vision, and build multi-year roadmaps that align priorities across lines of business.
- Build and run structured outreach across lines of business — engagement models, best-practice playbooks, and enablement programs that drive adoption of common standards and a shared knowledge approach at scale.
- Set the strategy for uplifting content into machine-readable, RAG-friendly formats — structure, metadata, taxonomy, and governance — so knowledge bases across the firm are ready for agentic consumption.
- Identify high-impact areas where tool use and automated workflows create business value; pilot, measure, and scale the winners across the firmwide knowledge domain.
- Guide product analysts, data scientists, data owners, and engineers to build impactful products, shipping iterative improvements against clear success metrics.
- Lead discovery and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the roadmap; engage customers across organization to understand pain points, gather feedback, and validate features.
- Lead change management across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements — managing timelines and dependencies, monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders throughout.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 7+ years of product management experience owning delivery in complex, cross-functional environments.
- 4+ years leading knowledge management, search, or data science products, with measurable impact on business outcomes.
- Strong command of the product development lifecycle (discovery, ideation, requirements, roadmap, business benefits, experimentation) and value measurement, with hands-on experience building AI-powered systems.
- Expertise in knowledge management strategy and standards — taxonomy, metadata, versioning, lifecycle workflows, and machine-readable/AI-ready formats and familiarity with enterprise knowledge management platforms, search/retrieval systems, and analytics for relevance and answer-quality evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with unstructured content at scale — documents, transcripts, images, audio/video — and building the pipelines to make it AI-ready and practical understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector stores, and chunking/indexing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI technologies and a demonstrated ability to build stakeholder relationships and lead change management in a regulated environment.
- Power user of AI productivity tools, fluent in connectors, skill development, and context curation for AI enablement.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Preferred qualifications include master's degree in computer science, knowledge representation, or a related discipline
