As an Analytics Solutions Manager, within the Unstructured Data and Knowledge Team, you will work with leadership across Chase Consumer & Community Banking to design and drive the plan for how the firm documents and publishes its knowledge in a machine-readable state that is maximally usable by agents and set the strategy, build the roadmaps, and run the line-of-business outreach programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior CCB leaders to define and deliver the knowledge management strategy; prioritize the backlog, drive the product vision, and build multi-year roadmaps that align priorities across lines of business.
- Build and run structured outreach across lines of business — engagement models, best-practice playbooks, and enablement programs that drive adoption of common standards and a shared knowledge approach at scale.
- Set the strategy for uplifting content into machine-readable, RAG-friendly formats — structure, metadata, taxonomy, and governance — so knowledgebases across the firm are ready for search, conversational, and agentic AI consumption.
- Identify high-impact areas where tool use and automated workflows drive business impact; pilot, measure, and scale the winners across the firmwide knowledge domain.
- Guide product analysts, data scientists, data owners, and engineers to build impactful products, shipping iterative improvements against clear success metrics.
- Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the roadmap; engage internal and external customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and validate features.
- Lead change management across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements and manage timelines and dependencies, monitor blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners throughout.
Required qualifications, capabilities. and skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5+ years of product management experience owning delivery in complex, cross-functional environments
- 2+ years leading knowledge management, search, or data science products and solutioning with measurable impact on self-service, call deflection, answer quality, or handle time
- Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle (discovery, ideation, requirements, roadmap, business benefits, experimentation) and value measurement; hands-on experience with AI-powered systems and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approaches
- Power user of AI productivity tools and fluent in connectors, skill development, and context curationfor AI enablement
- Expertise in knowledge content strategy and standards — taxonomy, metadata, versioning, lifecycle workflows, and machine-readable/AI-ready formats
- Familiarity with enterprise knowledge management platforms, search/retrieval systems, and analytics for relevance and answer-quality evaluation
- Strong knowledge of generative AI technologies and capabilities and demonstrated ability to build stakeholder relationships and lead change management in a regulated environment.
