Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for real estate and alternative investments (Excel-based).
- Analyze deal performance, market comparable, sensitivity scenarios, and risk factors.
- Assist in preparing underwriting memos, deal summaries, and risk analysis for investment committee
- Gather and analyze key data from developers, operators, and third-party sources
- Support due diligence on developers, asset financials, and regulatory environments
- Research and evaluate investment opportunities across new geographies and asset types.
- Support the creation of investor-facing documents, including presentations, asset overviews, and country profiles.
- Ensure accurate and clear presentation of data and investment logic.
Qualifications
- We’re open to a range of backgrounds — what matters most is strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a desire to grow into a real estate investment and underwriting role. You might have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Financial advisory, valuations, or corporate finance (e.g. audit or transaction services)
- FP&A or investment analysis roles within companies, funds, or development groups
- Exposure to real estate, infrastructure, or alternative investments is a plus, but not essential
- Experience preparing financial models, market research, or investment reports If you’re confident with numbers, organized, and ready to learn — we’ll teach you the rest
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills (Excel)
- Comfortable working with budgets, forecasts, pricing models, and ROI analysis
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Motivated to grow into a future Underwriting or Investment Manager role
- Interest in real estate, sustainability, and alternative investments
