Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and professional Unarmed Security Officers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in any situation.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to ensure safety and security.
- Monitor and control access to buildings, facilities, or event spaces.
- Observe, report, and document incidents or suspicious activities.
- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing rules and regulations.
- Maintain visibility to deter criminal activity and ensure a secure environment.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, or incidents.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed.
Requirements:
- Security License: Valid Nevada PILB Security Guard Card (required).
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, including in challenging weather conditions.
- Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Observational Skills: Keen attention to detail and the ability to identify potential security risks.
- Professionalism: Maintain a neat appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to upholding safety and security standards.
