Ultrasound Technologist Position Details
- Performs a variety of diagnostic ultrasound exams including abdomen, OB/GYN, breast, and other small parts imaging.
- Performs vascular scans such as carotids, venous, and arterial of extremities; or be willing to train into vascular studies.
- Communicates with ordering physicians, hospital/home caregivers, and clinic personnel.
- Aids Radiologist in ultrasound guided procedures.
- Educates patients on ultrasound procedures.
What You Offer
- Graduate of an accredited school of ultrasound.
- Currently registered by the ARDMS, or registry eligible.
Work Schedule
- Casual/PRN
- Current hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
- Future participation in an on-call rotation may be required, approximately one weekend per month.
