ABOUT THE ROLE
We have the rare opportunity for an Ultrasound Supervisor to join the Lake Imaging team to support the Ultrasound department by maintaining a high quality, efficient services for our patients and referrers; providing leadership and direction to staff under supervision; to managing rosters and leave for technical staff.
•    Supervising the practice workflow to meet nominated timeframes
•    Perform high quality medical imaging diagnostic examinations in compliance with protocols 
•    Be familiar with all equipment and accessories provided so that a fluent examination can be undertaken
•    Demonstrate leadership in the treatment patients with care, compassion, dignity, and respect always and without compromise
•    Provide high quality and safe service that is accessible and sustainable
•    Foster good public relations and communications with your team, patients, relatives, visitors, and the general public
•    Advanced Sonography in MSK, OBs, Gyne and general US – share your passion! 
•    Identifying training for junior Sonographers as required

ABOUT YOU

•    Demonstrated leadership experience in a Senior Sonographer, Modality Supervisor, or similar position

•    Holds ASAR and professional indemnity insurance

•    Regularly participates in further education and continued professional development
•    Ability to lead and work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
•    Strong attention to detail
•    A passionate and 'can-do' attitude
