Summary:
The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations in various long-term care settings. This position is mobile and requires independent scanning experience, strong clinical judgment, and excellent patient care and communication skills.
Essential Duties:
- Drive between facilities during assigned shift with company provided vehicle.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort, delivering exceptional patient care during every exam.
- Perform accurate, high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams per physician orders and clinical protocols.
- Operate ultrasound equipment while maintaining compliance with safety and infection control standards.
- Consistently produce clear, accurate images and complete documentation with attention to detail.
- Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
- ARDMS or CCI registry (minimum of one) or willing to obtain within 6 months.
- Post-graduation experience performing independent ultrasound scanning in both General and Vascular (Venous. Arterial, and Carotid) studies preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Skills Required
