About the Corporate Applications Team Track
UKG is looking for interns to join our Enterprise Systems organization, working for the Corporate Applications leaders for the Summer 2025! As an intern, you will work in various aspects of a global organization and gain experience working cross functionally.
In this Business Systems Analyst internship, you will be responsible for the following:
Documentation Management

Migrate legacy documentation to our future state document repository

Streamline our document management processes

Working across the Data Engineering team to understand the current architectural landscape and document the system and workflows

Documenting standards and best practices for Machine Learning pipelines
-
Ensure all documents are properly categorized and easily accessible
-
Assist in the creation and updating of document templates
Value Stream Backlog Set Up
-
Collaborate with team leads to gather raw input to be translated into user stories and epics
-
Create and organize backlogs within Azure DevOps, our work management system
-
Track and report on the progress of backlog items to stakeholders / leaders
Basic Qualifications:
-
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree – preference will be given to upperclassmen

Pursuing a major in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems/Technology or another related field

Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures and software design principles

Able to commit to a full-time internship May 19th – August 8th 2025
Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally

Familiarity with agile development practices and terminology

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Experience with Azure DevOps and Lucid Charts preferred but not required

Quick learner with new software or computer applications

Strong analytical, business process analysis, and problem-solving capabilities

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and connect with internal and external partners

The pay range for this position is $23 - $30/hour however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
