Signing on bonus (£2,000) A new employee (from 5 May 2023) will be immediately paid a £500 bonus. After 3 months continuous service with Halifax Fan, with no unauthorized absences, a further bonus of £500 will be paid.
After a further 3 months service, again with no unauthorized absences (6 months in total) they will receive a further £1,000 bonus.

Purpose of role:
To ensure delivery of projects on time and within budget through the effective use of PM tools and understanding of the agreement between Halifax-Fan and its customer, always managing the interests of the company, the Project Manager (PM) must be act as the Customer representative on site, and is responsible for ensuring Barriers (risks) to project success are identified and addressed timely. This is a cross functional role.
Quality, Cost, Delivery & Safety (QCDS) responsibilities
Ø Quality: Identify Customer deliverables, and drive a plan that ensures they are met
Ø Cost:
Establish a Project Budget agreed with Functional Heads. Drive conclusion to meet or exceed the budget.
Ø Delivery:
Drive delivery of commitments by the project team and escalate as required to ensure risks are understood and addressed.
Ø Safety: Maintain and Ensure compliance for the Group HSE Policy
Key Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for delivering large and/or complex projects on time and within budget.
- Review large and/or complex contracts with the Sales team prior to contract signing
- Accept ownership of large and/or complex projects as required by the business.
- Create and maintain comprehensive cross functional project plans and schedules.
- Create and maintain functional budgets for the completion of projects.
- Conduct planned and intervention project reviews during execution of projects to establish mitigating and corrective actions as required.
- Liaise with Customers during the execution of a project to facilitate completion of all deliverables, including approvals and contract closure.
- Ensure contractual clarity within the business and seek contract (e.g. specification) changes as required.
- Keep all stakeholders (especially the Customer) appraised of progress as required.
- Conduct a project review upon the completion of projects raising NCRs and/or Corrective Action, when required.
- Maintain and develop a project management culture within the company.
