As a Business Development Representative, you'll be a driving force behind Marigold's overall growth as you fill our Sales team's pipeline with qualified sales leads. What You'll Do

  • Build and manage lead development pipeline, through inbound and outbound activities
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams, supporting campaigns and creating engagement with prospects for touchpoints such as trade shows, webinars and other events
  • Qualify leads and proactively seek new business opportunities in the market through calls, emails and social network
  • Provide quality research within targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information prior to prospecting calls
  • Proactively communicate Marigold's products and industry knowledge relevant to prospects' needs
  • CRM update on activity and provide accurate forecasts and weekly reports

Ideal Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor degree or have equivalent level of experience
  • Have 2-3 years of business development, sales experience, marketing experience, or related fields
  • Are able to identify the real driver behind prospects' stated needs
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bring resilience and ambition with a strong desire to improve
  • Experience selling SaaS applications or marketing automation software a plus
  • Experience with SF, Outreach is a plus
