No coding experience is required. Just design, publish, measure and monetize.

The role
Infinite Reality is seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join the Infinite Reality Product/Marketing team. You’ll play a crucial role in designing web and product interfaces for digital experiences, supporting our journey to make the Internet more fun, imaginative, and immersive. As part of our mission, you'll collaborate with our design and engineering teams to create interfaces, digital banners, web collateral, and email campaigns that are both visually compelling and highly functional for a range of media applications.
What you’ll do
- Design Development:
- Design and develop customer interfaces for all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and artists to translate requirements into highly functional and visually stunning experiences.
- Prototyping & Wireframing:
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts and user interactions.
- Design Systems & Consistency:
- Develop and maintain UI design systems that ensure consistency across web, product and marketing with our brand identity.
- Innovation & Trends:
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging UI/UX practices, and design innovations.
- Incorporate cutting-edge techniques and technologies into our design process to keep our projects at the forefront of the industry.
What you’ll bring
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven track record of creating and implementing UI/UX designs for consumer-oriented products, games and live services.
- Working with both a Live Service product team and developing a pre-1.0 experience.
- Skills:
- Expertise in user-centered design, with strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Proficient in industry-standard tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
- Creativity & Innovation:
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative UI & UX designs.
- Ability to balance creativity with user-centric problem-solving to create functional and engaging user experiences.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and artists.
- Clear and effective communication, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salary Range
$90,000—$115,000 USD
Base pay will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, certifications, experience, market demands, and locations.
