Job Description:
- Conduct user research to understand audience needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and refine designs for optimal user experiences across platforms.
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately and maintain design consistency throughout the development lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or a certification in interaction design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other prototyping tools.
