Job Description:

• Conduct user research to understand audience needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input and refine designs for optimal user experiences across platforms.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions.
• Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately and maintain design consistency throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or a certification in interaction design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other prototyping tools.
