Role Overview
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience in designing Web and Mobile Applications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces that drive engagement and efficiency in a B2B SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Prototype & Design: Create click-through prototypes in Figma for marketing, UX discussions, and usability testing.
- UI/UX Development: Design high-fidelity wireframes, screens, and user flows based on stakeholder inputs.
- Collaboration with Engineers: Work closely with the front-end development team to ensure proper implementation of designs, answer queries, and provide feedback.
- Design System Management: Maintain and evolve the visual style guide, UI components, and brand assets.
- User Experience Optimization: Identify and resolve UX issues, suggesting improvements to enhance user satisfaction.
- User Research & Testing: Participate in UX discussions, user studies, and feedback sessions to continuously improve our product.
- Marketing Support: Occasionally create visuals for presentations and marketing materials.
Requirements
- Degree in creative design / industrial design / or user experience
- 1-3 years of UI experience on Web and Mobile Applications
- Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview
- Have basic drawing/illustration skills
- Hands-on experience creating Screens and High Fidelity Wireframes (from wireframes/sketches)
- Experience using Figma including components, open-source libraries, and auto-sizing.
- Experience with design systems a plus
- Creative ideas with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience working in an agile development process
- Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it
- Be open to iterating on different versions of a screen
