Summary:
We are seeking a UI/UX Product Designer to join our team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and visual language of Refine’s products, ensuring a seamless and elegant experience for ecommerce brands and shoppers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web applications and internal tools.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are translated accurately into production.
Help establish and evolve Refine’s design system.
Advocate for user-centric, accessible, and delightful product experiences.
Qualifications:
2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work across responsive web apps.
Expertise with Figma and other design/prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and user research methods.
Experience designing SaaS products, admin dashboards, or B2B interfaces is a plus.
Salary Range:
$96,000–$120,000 USD base salary range, depending on experience and fit.
