Role Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic product design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both user interface and user experience design, with a proven track record of designing intuitive, user-friendly products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and engaging user experiences for our innovative video streaming solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Translate complex concepts into user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals and technical constraints.
- Take ownership over the existing design system / UI elements library we have already developed and keep it up to date as products grow.
- Become the central authority in ensuring visual and flow consistency across different products.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Requirements
Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, as well as Graphic Design (Faculty of Arts) or Architecture (Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing product design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile ecosystem with multiple interconnected products.
- Professional-level English communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.
- Experience in specific UI design for non-web applications and hardware products.
- Experience in designing for video streaming or broadcasting technology products.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex design challenges.
- Using AI tools for design creation.
