Overall Objective of the Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI-UX Product Designer to join our dynamic product design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both user interface and user experience design, with a proven track record of designing intuitive, user-friendly products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and engaging user experiences for our innovative video streaming solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Translate complex concepts into user-friendly interfaces and experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and align with business goals and technical constraints.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
Requirements
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing product design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.
- Experience in designing for video streaming or broadcast technology products.
- Familiarity with motion design and animation principles.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex design challenges.
