We are looking for a uniquely skilled individual who excels as both a marketer and a UX/UI designer. This role is ideal for someone with a strong UX/UI design background who deeply understands marketing principles, using their interface designs to convert users, present compelling ideas, and drive engagement. You'll leverage your UI/UX expertise to embody and execute marketing strategies, turning every digital touchpoint into a powerful tool for brand storytelling and customer conversion.

As a digital-first brand at TagsforHope, marketing is deeply intertwined with UI/UX design, where seamless user interfaces and experiences form the core of how we connect with customers, drive conversions, and build loyalty. You’ll be responsible for building and executing our entire UI/UX marketing program, from crafting intuitive user experiences that captivate and convert to launching high-impact campaigns that fuel growth.
Your work will help position TagsforHope as a leader in the pet industry, enabling us to reach more people and pets around the world, raise more funds, and ultimately help more animals in need. With every campaign and creative touchpoint, especially those powered by innovative UI/UX, you’ll be spreading joy, safety, and hope, turning everyday moments into meaningful ones for pets and their families.
- Conduct user research on customer behavior, trends, and competitors to inform UX/UI-driven marketing strategies
- Develop integrated marketing plans that leverage UX/UI principles across social, email, web, packaging, and retail channels
- Create digital assets such as ads, emails, social graphics, and landing pages with a focus on UX/UI to enhance marketing effectiveness and user interaction
- Develop UI/UX elements for our website and online store that align with marketing goals, optimizing for user journeys that drive sales and loyalty
- Redesign UI/UX for all store interactions and our behind the scenes purpose-built SaaS tools, ensuring seamless experiences that support marketing initiatives, streamline business operations, and enhance customer engagement.
- Partner with product, operations, and customer service teams to ensure brand messaging is consistently reflected in all UX/UI and marketing initiatives
- Track key marketing KPIs through UX/UI analytics and conduct A/B testing on interfaces to refine user experiences
- Optimize campaigns for ROI by analyzing user interactions and delivering actionable insights and reports on UX/UI-driven marketing performance
Who We’re Looking For
Must-Have Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent, with strong skills in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Klaviyo
- Working knowledge of business analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO platforms, or similar)
- Strong storytelling ability both visually and in writing
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proactive and collaborative mindset with a focus on customer impact
- Degree or diploma in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar position
