Your Opportunity:
You will own the end-to-end digital customer journey across our storefront (Shopify), landing pages, and email flows. Translate customer insights and business goals into intuitive, fast, and consistent interfaces that lift conversion and retention. Work data-driven, evolve a lightweight design system, and deliver pixel-perfect handovers to development.
Your Responsibilities:
Create wireframes and hi‑fi UIs: Build interactive Figma prototypes and define robust state logic.
Design conversion-focused pages: Structure PDP/PLP, bundles, checkout, FAQ/returns, and modular content blocks.
Build a modular design system: Establish tokens, components, patterns, and usage guidelines.
Deliver pixel-perfect handovers: Provide component specs, assets, and annotations; collaborate in sprints.
Communicate with clarity: Keep Growth, Email/CRM, and Support aligned via Slack and regular check-ins.
What You Bring:
Proven UI/UX experience: 3 - 5+ years in e-commerce or product with a portfolio showing measurable impact.
Deep Figma expertise: Auto‑layout, variants, components, prototyping; strong design-system thinking.
Solid web understanding: HTML/CSS/responsive principles; no coding required.
Sharp eye for detail: Consistency, quality, and polish across all deliverables.
Strong communicator and collaborator: Structured documentation and stakeholder alignment.
Languages: Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus.

Skills Required
- 3-5+ years UI/UX experience in e-commerce or product with a portfolio showing measurable impact
- Expert in Figma (auto-layout, variants, components, prototyping) and design-system thinking
- Experience designing conversion-focused pages: PDP, PLP, bundles, checkout, FAQ/returns, modular content blocks
- Ability to build a modular design system: tokens, components, patterns, and usage guidelines
- Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive web principles (no coding required)
- Deliver pixel-perfect handovers with component specs, assets, and annotations for developers
- Strong communicator and collaborator; structured documentation and stakeholder alignment
- Fluent in English
