Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.

Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction effectively and design ideas.

Develop high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and detailed UI designs that meet the requirements of the project.

Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the user experience and ensure design consistency across all platforms.

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).

Adhere to and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Participate in the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, XD), or similar.

Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.

Experience with user research and usability testing.

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Strong communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
