UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented Interaction Designer to join our Design team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design principles, a passion for creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences, and a keen interest in leveraging AI tools and functionalities to enhance design processes. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX researchers, and developers to deliver innovative interaction designs that meet the needs of our users in the financial analytics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives, ensuring design solutions are aligned with both.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visually communicate design concepts and interaction patterns.
• Utilize AI design tools and functionalities to streamline the design process and optimize user experiences.
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather feedback and iterate on designs based on user insights.
• Develop design specifications and interaction guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive user experience across our products.
• Stay current with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies, particularly in AI, to continually enhance user experiences.
• Present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and fostering collaboration throughout the design process.
• Analyze user behavior and design metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, leveraging AI analytics tools where applicable.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interaction Designer or a similar role, ideally within the financial services or analytics industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, particularly Figma's AI capabilities (e.g., Figma Make), and experience using AI tools like Claude, Perplexity, or similar to enhance design workflows and generate design insights.
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with user research techniques and usability testing.
• Strong visual design skills with an understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly present design ideas and rationale to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not required.
