Who We Are

Business has changed—so should consulting. We are strategists, technologists, engineers, and designers who bridge the gap between consulting, design, and marketing to create powerful digital experiences for our customers' brands and users.
Ignyte Group consistently ranks as a top consulting firm in North America, and was recognized as Appian Innovation Partner of the Year and ServiceNow GenAI Customer Value Partner of the Year. Recently named one of America’s Best Management Consulting Firms by Forbes, Ignyte is seeking a talented and user‑obsessed UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team and help us build a new type of consulting company.

What you'll Do

  • UX Research & Discovery: Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to uncover pain points, validate assumptions, and inform design decisions for enterprise workflows and case management solutions.
  • Ideation, Wireframing & Prototyping: Design user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive experiences.
  • Iterative Design & Validation: Present concepts and prototypes to clients and internal teams, gather feedback, and refine designs through iterative cycles to ensure usability, accessibility, and alignment with project goals.
  • Design Systems & UI Standards: Develop and maintain reusable UI components, design systems, and interface patterns to ensure consistency, scalability, and cross-platform cohesion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and government stakeholders in agile delivery environments to shape requirements, user journeys, and implementation-ready designs.
  • Agile Product Delivery: Support sprint planning, stand-ups, refinement sessions, and reviews while translating UX strategy into production-ready assets that support successful product delivery.

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Design, HCI, Digital Media, or similar field.
  • Must have a UX Professional Certification (NN/g, HFI, or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional UX/UI design experience.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes and final UI design work.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present to technical and non‑technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple design tasks in agile environments.
  • Self-motivated and ability to work with ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience designing Case Management or workflow‑based solutions.
  • Experience working with government clients or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with user research methods and tools.
  • Ability to contribute to design systems.
  • Motion design or advanced prototyping is a plus.

What You'll Gain

  • Exciting Projects: Opportunities to work across industries on meaningful digital solutions.
  • Professional Growth: Access to continuous training, certifications, and skill development.
  • Dynamic Team Members: Collaborate with motivated technologists, designers, and strategists.
