UI/UX Designer – Job Summary
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer candidate with 8+ years of UI/UX design experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a high level of professionalism.
The primary functions are to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences that enhance usability and support business goals. This role involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality interfaces.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize user interfaces
- Design intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing user flows and experiences
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with project goals
- Apply design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and evolving user needs
Skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design solutions
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
- Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
