ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI & UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for enhancing our digital and print communications, contributing to various projects in the banking and insurance sectors.
- Work with UX Directors and the Web development team to design, extend and optimize all digital projects such as website, mobile APP, e-shop, and interactive experience.
- Create clear and pixel perfect designs across digital projects.
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Prepare prototype, mock-ups, final artwork or test layouts/pages as needed for presentations and approvals
- You have 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Photoshop
- User Interface (UI) Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- User Experience (UX) Design: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
- Exceptional design, artistic, typographic, layout, and compositing abilities
- Expert knowledge of current web design principles
- Design Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to design engaging content for.
- Good understanding of the technical foundations upon which websites are built
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
- Clear and concise communication style enabling you to explain the thought process behind your visual design solutions
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
