UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
• Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for Convai playground, Convai website, etc. 
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
• Present and articulate design decisions to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Strong visual design skills with an understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to create clear and effective user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with software engineering is a bonus but not required
