Position Overview

EpicMetry is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements, conduct user research, and translate findings into design solutions. If you have a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and a passion for creating seamless user experiences, we want to hear from you.

• Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements.
• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with user needs and business goals.
• Ensure designs are user-friendly, accessible, and optimized for performance.
• Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Iteratively test and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create visually appealing assets and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and projects.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate effectively.
• Experience with HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with front-end development is a plus.
