About the Role: We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive and impactful user experiences for our customer app. This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering designs that align with user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- UX Strategy: Participate in developing the UX strategy for new app features, working closely with Product Managers and Senior Designers.
- UI Execution: Transform wireframes into polished, pixel-perfect UIs, ensuring the UX is comprehensive and user-friendly.
- Design System Compliance: Follow our brand language and Design System guidelines while working on new app features.
- User-Centric Approach: Stay in tune with customer preferences and insights to continuously improve design outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX writers, fellow designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless knowledge exchange and project success.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications:
- UI Design Expertise: Extensive experience designing UI elements.
- Core Design Knowledge: Strong grasp of graphic design principles, including grid systems, spacing, typography, and color theory.
- Figma Mastery: Proficient in using Figma and its features to create efficient design systems.
- Mobile Experience: Proven experience in delivering product features on Android and iOS applications.
