Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Mid-Level UI/UX Designer with a strong visual design focus, strategic mindset, and hands-on design expertise to craft exceptional digital experiences across web, mobile, and product platforms. The ideal candidate excels at creating modern, clean, and visually compelling websites, landing pages, web applications, and product interfaces that balance usability with aesthetic impact.
A strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling is essential, as you’ll also contribute to presentations, social media creatives, and other brand assets. You should be comfortable leveraging AI tools within your workflow to accelerate and enhance output in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you bring proven agency experience, a passion for design excellence, and the ability to deliver work that makes products and brands stand out.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver modern, visually compelling websites, landing pages, applications, and digital products with a strong balance of usability and aesthetics.
• Lead the end-to-end design process: research, wireframes, flows, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and scalable design systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to define and implement user-focused, innovative product and brand solutions.
• Develop and maintain visual storytelling across brand assets, including presentations and social media creatives, ensuring consistency with design systems.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and data insights to improve speed, creativity, and quality of deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Advocate for user needs and accessibility best practices through testing and data-driven decision-making, contributing to measurable product improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visually striking, user-centric design work across web, mobile, and product interfaces.
• Proven experience in a design agency or fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment, managing priorities effectively.
• Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
• Deep knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, Material Design, and HIG guidelines.
• Ability to leverage AI workflows and user research (qualitative & quantitative) to inform and optimize design.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly present and defend design strategies.
