In this role, you'll be pivotal in designing and implementing engaging user interfaces, setting the vision for our UI architecture, and ensuring our product provides a seamless experience to our customers. You'll also be responsible for mentoring a team of UI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving the evolution of our front-end technology.

This can be a remote role for candidates in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented UI engineers, ensuring best practices, such as code quality, test standards, are followed. 
• Contribute hands-on engineering expertise to the project, demonstrating leadership in both strategy and execution.
• Design and develop clean, intuitive, and performant user interfaces for our AI-powered cybersecurity platform.
• Work closely with other senior members to make key architectural decisions, and take ownership of UI implementation across the product.
• Stay ahead of emerging front-end technologies and trends, proactively integrating them to enhance our platform.
• Implement agile practices such as Scrum, test-driven development, feature flags and A/B testing to ensure smooth and controlled user experience rollouts.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, QA and customer support to ensure alignment and deliver a consistent user experience.
• Balance team management duties with active technical contributions. 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in front-end/UI development in a production environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js) and solid experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions and drive architectural decisions for UI systems.
• Experience working with product designers to bring innovative user experiences to life.
• Experience with modern agile development practices, including test driven development, feature flags, A/B testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS platforms.
