Position: UI Engineer
Location: McLean, VA or Richmond, VA. Hybrid work schedule: 2-3 days a week onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team to scale the Enterprise API Platform.
- Enhance API experiences and develop core platform features.
- Utilize Angular and state management for front-end solutions.
- Build reusable web components with the Lit framework.
- Implement standard web page practices and maintain a reusable component library.
- Work closely with product managers, backend engineers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 4+ years of UI Engineering experience.
- Proficient in Angular, Node.js, CSS, HTML, and state management.
- Familiar with the Lit framework and federated architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Financial services industry experience.
- Knowledge of GraphQL Federation and large-scale API platforms.
